The Umi can be uniquely yours! This one-of-a-kind silk jacket is made of two Japanese silk obis. One with shells, lace and faux pearls and diamond. The other gold. The gold on each of these obis is read gold thread woven into the obis. This jacket is a U.S. Women’s size 14 (possibly 16), please see measurements for exact details.

Materials – Antique Japanese silk obis, real abalone zipper decoration, silk lining, gold and ivory satin ribbon, faux pearl and diamond buttons, real gold thread, and real shell pieces.

• Uniquely Yours; One- of-a-Kind, Artistic (a sort of Soft Sculpture)
• Two Antique Silk Fukuro obis used to make it – one with Shell, Lace, and Faux Pearls and
Diamonds; one Gold. The Gold on each of these obis is real gold thread woven into the
obis. This gold thread makes the jacket initially crisp. However the more it is worn the
jacket usually becomes more supple.
• Some of the lace is detailed behind with colorful real shell pieces.
• Seams Topstitched with antique silk buttonhole twist
• Fully lined with Spring green colored Silk
• Gold and Ivory satin ribbon edges the lining
• Brass zipper with Abalone Shell decoration. Please refrain from pulling the abalone and use the
actual zipper instead to keep the decoration from dislodging.• US Size 14 (possibly a 16)

NOTES: These silk obis are antique. Thus, they may have some characteristic fold lines, minor discoloration, etc. The obis were Professionally Dry Cleaned before they used to make this jacket. If necessary your jacket may be dry cleaned by a professional dry cleaner ONLY. Silk lining is new. Weekend Traveler not included. Colors in photos vary depending on monitors, etc.
